CHAIN Combat Practice How to Fight Enraged CHAIN

Sixty-five seconds where specials lie, one glowing eye means invuln, and Bloodmoon is still being reworked.

Enraged

Enraged is why gym specials look free and Survival nights look cursed. CHAIN Combat Practice can teach you the buttons. It cannot teach you the mask growing a second arm while a teammate body-blocks your Winchester. This page is the state machine. Take it after how to beat CHAIN and Winchester QTE.

The 65-second ruleset

Community timing still sits near 65 seconds. Movespeed up, extra arm, kick that breaks combos, lunges stuffed. X-Saw and Tomahawk specials get overpowered: huge damage, ragdoll. Many QTEs simply do not start. Combat stamina per swing can be cheaper and points can be higher — that is bait. Your job is trades, blocks, and a save (knife or 50w saw gas), not a cinematic.

Red-eye invuln. When one eye on the mask glows red, CHAIN is invulnerable to cutscene moves (Winchester), F-mashes, and specials. He sidesteps. You did not “miss the QTE.” It never started. Wait for the glow to drop.

Let him cook. If nobody hits him during Enraged, some players report he returns to normal after about three charges. If your lobby cannot clash clean, stop feeding the meter.

Phase 2 and teleports

The July 2026 Survival drop taught CHAIN tricks that look like the April Fools Chimera collab: teleports behind you, tree warps, charge out of nowhere. Phase 2 swing rate is described as Enraged-like. If you cannot locate the teleport, run forward or dodge — standing still to “find him” is how the charge lands. Practice that on a private server, not in a 50-player meme night.

Bloodmoon is separately being reworked. Do not memorize old Hollow/Bloodmoon invuln exceptions as law. If the dummy or the night looks different from a March clip, trust the client and patch notes.

What to throw and what to pocket

Gym versus night

The trainer dummy may not copy Enraged. If it does, throw one illegal lunge on purpose so you recognize the stuffed animation, then never again. If it does not, watch the official Enraged trailer on the home page for mood and use a private Survival server for the timer.

FPS cap still applies. Enraged does not make 240 Hz kinder. FPS settings before you blame “the recode.”

If you are exporting from the gym tonight, write one line after the first Enraged cycle: did the eye glow, did a lunge get stuffed, did a teleport eat your metric. That line is the only homework. A second cycle where you “try the cinematic anyway” is how people convince themselves the Winchester is random. It is not random. You threw into invuln.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How long does Enraged last?

About 65 seconds. Do not throw lunges during it.

What does the red eye mean?

Invulnerable to QTEs and specials. He will sidestep. Wait.

Can I skip Enraged?

If nobody damages him, some lobbies see him drop after three charges. Do not feed the meter for a clip.

Is Bloodmoon the same as Enraged?

No. Bloodmoon is a separate, currently reworked ruleset. Check patch notes.
